Carolines apple cake
- 200 grams Brown Caster Sugar
- 200 grams Butter
- 200 grams Self Raising Flour
- 1 Egg
- 4 Apples
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Melt butter and mix with sugar
- Mix eggs and flour
- Combine eggs and flour mix with butter and sugar mix
- Put in cake tin and spread apples over the top.
- Cook for 35-45 Minutes and check color
